January 14, 2008 – As of 9 a.m. today, the following information is confirmed: of the three patients who were still hospitalized at the Chaleur Regional Hospital, one was discharged yesterday; the patient who was admitted to the Intensive Care Unit was transferred to the Saint John Regional Hospital last evening. One patient remains hospitalized and her condition is stable.
Following the tragic accident, late Friday night, that cost the life of eight people, four people were transported to the Chaleur Regional Hospital. Three of these victims were admitted in various hospital units.
